  • Our technician will introduce themselves, ask a few pertinent questions, and then begin inspection. Once inspection is complete, the tech will educate customer on issues at hand and provide detailed recommendations. A quote will be provided, along with a treatment schedule (some issues take multiple visits). If acceptable, our tech can start work immediately in most cases. We ask for payment at the end of the visit and set expectations/goals for the future.

  • Every pest is different. Wasps can be remedied in one visit, while rodents, bed bugs, ants can require weekly, bi-weekly, monthly visits. It depends on the size and maturity of the issue and our technician will recommend the perfect timeline for you. Not more than you need, not less.

  • Rodents-1 week or less

    Ants- 3 weeks or less

    Wasps- 1 week or less

    Bed bugs- 2 weeks or less

    Cockroaches- 2 weeks or less

    Pantry pests- 2 weeks or less

    Fleas- 2 weeks or less

    Most pests require 2 weeks to monitor results. We will set expectations before and after work--if all recommendations have been followed--We guarantee our work and will come back at no charge to remedy.

  • Many times, customers have tried to fix it themselves and often make the problem worse by the time we arrive. Keep your receipts for what you buy, so you might return anything unused. We will bring specialized tools and methods that get results over store brand products and watching YouTube.

  • It varies from pest to pest. Generally, our products last around 2 weeks. However, there have some pests where the product will work for 1 month or more.

  • We will provide you a preparation sheet with these details before any interior treatments. Remember, we start out with the least toxic methods to achieve success first. Some cases don't require vacating home. When there is a need for interior application, we require the home be vacated for 2-4 hours (pets also). It also recommended that pregnant/nursing mothers and children under 1 stay out for 12-24 hours as a precaution. Our staff are here to answer any questions you may have.

  • If we provided you a preparation sheet for interior treatment, please follow it to the best of your ability. It will ensure that we are able to guarantee our work. Please make sure all areas are neat and tidy where we will be entering. The crawl space/attic hatch is clear and easily opened (if being inspected). Any pet feces picked up on the exterior.

  • Feel free to clean countertops, dishes, high touch point areas once you re-enter. Please don't touch, disturb, or discard anything that we leave behind. These are non-chemical measures meant to control and monitor the issue and will be checked at a later date.

  • If we provided you a preparation sheet for interior treatment, please follow it to the best of your ability. It will ensure that we are able to guarantee our work. Please make sure all areas are neat and tidy where we will be entering. The crawl space/attic hatch is clear and easily opened (if being inspected). Any pet feces picked up on the exterior.

  • No. However, the majority are found within 5 feet of their meal (you). The females prefer to scatter when it is time to lay eggs, so they may be found in other rooms. This is why bed bugs are a challenge in multifamily dwellings, since they usually don't stay confined to a single unit.
